How it works
Tell us who
A first name, child or pet, an age, and 1 to 3 clear photos. Pick a theme: bedtime, a first day at school, a new baby, a birthday, a little adventure.
Meet the character
We draw your child in the style you choose and show you three options. Pick the one that looks right. Your photos are deleted the moment the drawing is made.
Get the book
Every page is drawn from that one character, so your child looks the same on every page. Read it as a flip-book, share a private link with grandparents, download the PDF and pictures.
Four styles at launch: soft 3D, watercolour, flat vector and coloured pencil. All sample art on this site is TuckJoy output, illustrated with AI.
Made with children's privacy first
- Photos are deleted as soon as your character is drawn. Every page after that is drawn from the illustration, never from the photo.
- No face recognition. We never compute a face template or any biometric data.
- Your book, for 7 days. Finished books are kept for 7 days, with reminders 5 and 1 days before deletion. Need longer? Keep it another month for 1 credit.
- No ads, no tracking cookies, and your data is never sold. Accounts are for adults (18+).
For self-publishing authors
Bleed, gutters, trim sizes and spine widths are the painful part of making a picture book. TuckJoy handles them for you.
- KDP-ready interior and cover PDFs: 8.5×8.5 or 8×10 paperback, 24 to 48 pages.
- Use your own character art. Several characters can share one scene and stay consistent.
- Every file is checked against KDP's rules before you download it: bleed, margins, fonts, resolution.
- Text can't be placed where the fold or the trim would cut it.

Is it really my child?
We draw your child as a storybook character from your photos: face shape, hair, skin tone and eyes. You see three versions and choose, before you pay anything.
What happens to the photos?
They are used only to draw your child's character, and are deleted automatically the moment that drawing is made, even if something goes wrong. Uploads that are never used are deleted within 1 hour.
How long do you keep my book?
7 days after it is ready. We email you 5 and 1 days before deletion, and you can keep it another 30 days for 1 credit. Please download your files.
Is the art made by AI?
Yes. Every illustration is AI-generated, and every file we deliver says so, including a machine-readable mark. See our AI disclosure.
Can I print it?
Yes: a print-ready PDF for home or a print shop, and KDP-ready files if you'd like to order a paperback through your own Amazon KDP account.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't used any credits, you can get a full refund within 14 days. Credits for pictures that fail or are blocked by our safety filter are returned automatically. See Refunds.
