We want you to be happy with your book. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.
1. Unused packs: full refund
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Just email support@tuckjoy.com from the address on your account.
2. Our mistakes: credits back automatically
If an illustration fails, or our safety filter blocks it, the credit is returned to you automatically. You never pay for our errors.
3. After you've used credits
Once you start generating with purchased credits, you ask us to deliver digital content immediately, and you lose the right to withdraw for the credits you use. If something went wrong on our side, for example files that won't open or a book you couldn't download, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
5. Accounts closed for misuse
Accounts closed for breaking our acceptable use rules are not refunded.
